Downloading and Installing the Recognition Primitives Library

To use the Recognition Primitives Library, do the following:

  1. If it is not already installed on your system, install Adobe Acrobat now (to be able to read the Intel Recognition Primitives Library Reference Manual).
  2. Select the file that you want to download from the following table.
  3. Your Windows* system responds with a Save As dialog box.
  4. In the Save As dialog box, specify a directory where you want to save the executable file and then click OK.
  5. Once you download the executable file, you can run the executable by double-clicking on it from the Windows File Manager/Explorer, or you can run it from the command prompt. When you run the executable, the executable will automatically extract all of the files that are part of the library, as described below.

Note:  You may also be prompted with overwrite warnings when you are downloading the files. You can ignore these warnings and accept the download to receive the newest versions.
